One farm, one closed loop — nothing is wasted, and every step is something a farmer can see and copy.
Grow fodder
Super Napier on our own 11+ acres, managed with our SSMWPP approach — seed, soil, moisture, weed, pest, produce.
Make silage & feed
Chopped and vacuum-packed as silage; concentrate feed blended for cattle, goats, poultry and ducks.
Feed livestock
Our own goat, poultry and duck units run on it — and so do our customers' dairy herds.
Recycle litter
Goat litter and crop residue are composted with beneficial microbes into Super Compost and vermicompost.
Restore the soil
Compost and bio-inputs (Agneyastra, Plant Vitamin) go back to the fields — less chemical, healthier soil.
Share the know-how
Exposure visits and Farm School teach farmers and institutions to replicate the model.
Why circular, why organic?
Buying fodder and fertiliser from far away is expensive for a small farmer, and the money leaves the village. When fodder is grown, processed and composted locally, the farmer pays less, the soil gets its nutrients back, and the value stays where it was produced.
Goat manure carries roughly twice the nitrogen of cow dung (about 10 kg vs 4.5 kg per tonne), which is why our compost is built around goat litter.
